Global statement on IR signed by 42 countries

Following more than two years of collaborative work, 42 interventional radiology societies from 39 countries have signed onto the “Global Statement Defining Interventional Radiology.” They include the Canadian Interventional Radiology Association (CIRA), Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) and the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE). The Global IR Statement was developed to better define and raise awareness of interventional radiology and is available here.
